United Russia and Molodaya Gvardiya held a "City of Changes" quest in Balashikha
On June 1, about 2.7 thousand residents and guests of Balashikha took part in the city quest "City of Changes", which was organized by the United Russia Party (United Russia) and its youth branch "Young Guard".
The participants got acquainted with the changes that have taken place in the city due to the implementation of the People's party program in a playful format. The guests could also offer their ideas for a new five-year development plan for the United Russia people's program.
The event was held simultaneously at two venues — in Pekhorka Park in the Balashikha microdistrict and in Pestovsky Park in the Zheleznodorozhny microdistrict. The teams had to go through special routes, completing tasks on logic and knowledge of the history of the city. In addition, the participants searched for facilities in Balashikha that had been built or upgraded based on requests from residents over the past five years.
The organizers have prepared more than 200 questions, puzzles and photo tasks. Many of them could only be completed at the location of the quest. Following the results of the "City of Changes", the guests received souvenirs and memorable prizes, including thermoses, portable chargers and designer bags.
The head of the Balashikha city District, Sergey Yurov, noted that the project helps residents to get to know their city better and see the results of the transformations of recent years.
"Together with the Young Guard of United Russia, we have worked out the territory here in Balashikha, in Zheleznodorozhny. We identified the most interesting points, which, among other things, appeared thanks to the implementation of the United Russia people's program over the past five years in our city, and compiled such an interesting quest," he said.
Yurov added that the interest in the event was high. There were both individual participants and entire teams among those who registered.
Igor Bryntsalov, Chairman of the Moscow Regional Duma, added that such projects allow residents to clearly see the results of joint work and transformations initiated by the citizens themselves.
"Following the results of such an event, it becomes valuable that everyone understands how much everything has changed. And this is thanks to the people who wanted these changes five years ago, voted for them, and made suggestions. And this is being recorded today, recorded as the result of work, common work, labor," he said.
According to the speaker of the Moscow State Duma, it is especially important that the young people from the Young Guard were involved in organizing the quest, and people of different ages took part in the event.
A similar quest took place in the Moscow suburb of Vidnom on May 23, and the next stage of the project will take place on June 6 in Korolev.
On May 19, EP announced the launch of a series of "City of Change" quests in the Moscow Region. The format involves walking tours through cities, during which participants will solve tasks encrypted in texts, videos, sounds and images. To participate, you must assemble a team of one to five people, with at least one adult over the age of 18. All participants will receive souvenirs, and the winners will receive special prizes from their partners.
