Five people were injured in the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack on Genichesk, Kherson region.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked residential buildings in Genichesk, Kherson region, with a drone, killing a child. This was announced by Governor Vladimir Saldo on May 31.

"In Genichesk, a drone attacked residential apartment buildings on Kovalenko Brothers Street," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

According to the publication, a boy born in 2020 died as a result of the impact. In addition, at least five people were injured. All the victims receive the necessary assistance.

On the same day, the governor of the Zaporizhia region, Yevgeny Balitsky, announced that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had attacked a school in the city of Vasilyevka. As a result of the incident, the school bus and the window glazing of the educational institution were damaged. At the same time, none of the civilians were injured.
