In Dubai, in chocolate: the "degreaser of men" earns money from Russian women even on the run
Coach Denis Baiguzhin, who was put on the international wanted list on charges of fraud, continues to earn tens of millions of rubles in Russia, Izvestia found out. To sell his courses on "degreasing resource men," he can use a third-party sole proprietor registered in Chelyabinsk. It operates under the Alfascool brand, and the cost of tips for extracting money and expensive gifts from "sponsors" ranges from 118 thousand to 1.8 million rubles. Izvestia managed to establish that it was Bayguzhin who could be the recipient of profits from this business, as well as determine the address where he is hiding from justice. The details are in our investigation.
"Anchoring new states"
Officially, the Alfascool school operates on behalf of Rustam Kamalov, an individual entrepreneur registered in Chelyabinsk. It was established in 2024: the sole proprietor has a license for additional education for children and adults, issued in November 2024 by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Chelyabinsk Region.
The school's teachers call themselves "bayguzhins" and "bayguzhinki," promising to teach women to "defend personal boundaries in a gentle, feminine way." There are three "educators" on the site, who also present themselves as NLP coaches and mentoring psychologists. They teach students seven basic programs, the cost of which varies from 118 thousand to 1.8 million rubles.

The school is proud to announce that it has trained 423 people in 2025 alone. If we count its revenue at the minimum limit, assuming that each student bought the cheapest program, the annual income of Bayguzhintsev amounted to 50 million rubles. However, as the coaches themselves point out, the programs are sold in series, and after the "cheap" introductory lectures, students are usually offered to buy extensions that cost more. Thus, the revenue of the business may well exceed 100 million rubles.
Izvestia sent a request to Alfascul, but no response had been received by the time the material was published.
No one hides the school's connection with Denis Bayguzhin. For example, links to her official accounts posted on the site lead to the personal groups and channels of the fluent coach in VK and Telegram. Judging by the activity, these are his main channels of communication with his followers, and courses can also be purchased there.
Baiguzhin also has a personal website where he sells educational services. The cost of the most expensive course "Personal mentoring" is 1.1 million rubles, the cheapest training under the program "On the result" is estimated at 155 thousand rubles. For this money, he promises to share with his clients sacred knowledge about "NLP practices for changing the internal scenario," "methods for closing old gestalts," "bodily practices and anchoring new states."

Both resources are filled with identical student reviews with thanks and cases of earning money on "daddies". The main loot is cash, jewelry, perfumes, clothing, and even real estate.
Denis Baiguzhin was put on the wanted list in Russia in 2022, and internationally in July 2023. He was suspected of fraud on a particularly large scale. According to investigators, together with his accomplices, he convinced two of his students to invest in fictitious certificates "Empire Bayguzhina" at 25% per annum. One of them handed over 4.3 million in cash and ownership of an apartment in Ivanteevka, Moscow region, to the criminals. In the end, the victim received neither dividends nor invested funds.
The Dubai host
Judicial practice also shows that Baiguzhin may be the main beneficiary of the Alfascool school. In August 202, the arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk region considered the claim of his former colleague Elena Silka, who demanded to seize the accounts of the above-mentioned IP Kamalov and recover 5.3 million rubles from him.
Silka invested in one of the educational courses, but, according to her, no one was going to return the money to her. In the statement of claim, she justified the seizure of IP Kamalov's accounts with the following argument: "The defendant refuses to pay the plaintiff money for a significant period of time (more than six months), however, he continues to cooperate with former Silk partner E.N. — Baiguzhin Denis Nazilovich and withdraw funds to his checking account." Izvestia contacted Elena Silke, but she refused to answer the publication's questions.

The fact that Alfascool is directly affiliated with Bayguzhin is also confirmed by the materials of another trial. In March 2026, the Kuibyshev district Court of Novokuznetsk considered the claim of a former student of the school, who in 2025 acquired the course "1st stage: Foundation: Dating. Courtship. Gifts" for 116 thousand rubles, but realized that she had not received any useful knowledge, and demanded a refund. In court, the plaintiff stated that after filing the application, she was contacted by "manager Bayguzhin." After that, another manager joined the dialogue, who put pressure on her and persuaded her to sign a contract.
The fact that Alfascool is the brainchild and source of Baiguzhin's income is confirmed by the fugitive coach himself. So, summing up the results of 2024 in his Telegram channel, he wrote: "We have rebuilt the entire project, and now it bears the proud name Alfascool, which has not just one meaning, but a whole scattering of them, because since the fall of 2024 we have become a full-fledged educational platform."

The "Guru" mentions the school in his biography "Confessions of Bayguzhin".: "I got rich. Mercedes S-class Long for 14 lakhs — there were two of them in the city: under my car and in the reflection of the shop windows as I drove by. And now, sunny Dubai, its own villa, Alfascool, beloved wife and wonderful children."
However, his own villa in Dubai is most likely only an artistic invention of Baiguzhin, Izvestia correspondents have established, analyzing data on the possible location of the coach.
Is Bayguzhin's extradition real?
Most of Bayguzhin's video messages were shot from a room overlooking a lawn and a building with modern architecture. After analyzing these geo-points, Izvestia correspondents determined that the shooting took place on the first floor of the house at Bluewaters Residences Building 2, Bluewaters Island. Part of the video was shot from a room several floors above, apparently from an apartment that Bayguzhin has purchased or is renting.
Dubai realtors position the Bluewaters Residences complex as premium class real estate. The price of the cheapest apartments in this building today is $1.67 million, rent starts from $73 thousand per year. The last video shot by Bayguzhin from this location is dated May 28, 2026.

According to Coach's social media accounts, he moved to Dubai in early 2023. At the same time, the United Arab Emirates regularly extradites fugitive criminals to Russia. As the lawyers interviewed by Izvestia explain, the likely reason for the delay in Bayguzhin's extradition to the Russian Federation may be the reluctance of law enforcement agencies to get involved in the bureaucratic red tape associated with this procedure.

In addition to putting a person on the wanted list, they need to carry out operational measures to establish the location of the wanted person, obtain confirmation from the police of a foreign state and obtain a decision from foreign colleagues to conduct an operation to detain him. At the same time, during the coordination of bureaucratic issues, the suspect may move to another state, and the procedure will need to be started anew.
"The overall burden on territorial operational agencies is often high, and international search issues are pushed aside in favor of solving urgent problems," lawyer Nikolai Yashin told Izvestia. — Due to the complexity of the procedure, it is often easier to wait for foreign law enforcement officers to discover that a person wanted by Interpol is on their territory. This can happen with any interaction with government agencies, for example, when checking documents by employees of the highway inspection, the tourist police, when carrying out domestic flights, when receiving services from the state, or when committing crimes already on the territory of a foreign state.
Izvestia sent a request to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, but no response had been received by the time of publication.
The last extradition of a wanted person from the UAE to Russia took place at the end of April 2026. Alexander Davletov, the owner of the Ufa companies SK Grand Stroy and Ufakhaus, suspected of fraud on an especially large scale, was brought to the Russian Federation. According to investigators, in 2023-2024, he signed contracts with citizens for the construction of houses and other facilities, after which he stole clients' money.
Despite the fact that Denis Baiguzhin, the likely beneficiary of Alfascool, is on the federal and international wanted list, and has previously been convicted of fraud, the school, judging by its social networks, is actively continuing to recruit new students in 2026.
