Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin has been summoned to Moscow for consultations on Yerevan's rapprochement with the European Union. This was reported on the website of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on May 30.

"The Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia, Sergey Kopyrkin, has been summoned to Moscow for consultations in connection with the steps taken by the Armenian leadership towards rapprochement with the European Union, which are detrimental to cooperation within the framework of the EAEU," the ministry said in a statement.
