The LPR reported on the condition of the injured students during the attack in Starobilsk

The condition of four students of the Starobilsk College, who continue treatment at the Lugansk Republican Clinical Hospital (LRKB) after the attack of Ukraine, is assessed as extremely severe and moderate in severity. This was announced on May 29 by Dmitry Kotukha, Deputy Chief Physician for Surgical Care at the LCB, Chief Republican orthopedic traumatologist at the Ministry of Health of the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR).

"Currently, four college students continue to receive treatment at the LRKB. Three girls in moderate condition [are] in the departments of ophthalmology, thoracic surgery and traumatology. The man is in extremely serious condition [is] in the anesthesiology and intensive care unit No. 1," he told TASS.

According to the deputy chief physician, all the victims receive the necessary assistance, and medical and diagnostic measures are being carried out with them. Doctors from federal medical research centers help doctors by conducting telemedicine consultations.

On May 22, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the academic building and the dormitory of the Starobilsk College. A criminal case was opened into the attack under Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act"). 21 people were killed in the attack, and 65 others were injured. The names of all the victims of the terrorist attack have been established. In the LPR, May 24 and 25 were declared days of mourning for the dead.

Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations (UN) Vasily Nebenzia pointed out on May 28 that the brutality with which the Kiev regime attacked children at a college in Starobilsk can be compared with the actions of the Nazis. The diplomat noted that Nazi criminals during the Second World War, just like Kiev now, exterminate the civilian population.
