The court confirmed the affiliation of the company "Aquaculture" to the Blinovsky family

The Moscow Arbitration Court has invalidated the transactions on the transfer of shares in LLC "Aquaculture", committed by the husband of blogger Elena Blinovskaya Alexei. This was reported on May 29 by a correspondent of Izvestia.

The company was engaged in the wholesale of fish and seafood. The financial manager of the blogger, Maria Oznobikhina, asked to invalidate the transactions on the alienation of business shares. She indicated that the transactions were made to withdraw the asset from the debtor's bankruptcy estate.

After examining the circumstances of the case, the court agreed with the arguments of the manager and concluded that the disputed company actually belonged to the assets of the Blinovsky family. The court pointed out that the alienation of 20% and 80% of the shares in LLC "Aquaculture" led to the disposal of the asset from the bankruptcy estate and violated the interests of creditors. Transactions on the transfer of shares to other persons were declared invalid.

Earlier, tax lawyer Ivan Morozov, in a conversation with Izvestia, reported that Blinovsky, who was originally the owner of Aquaculture, resigned from the company shortly before the business had financial difficulties. At the same time, in fact, entrepreneurial activity was often conducted through him. A similar scheme was used in the management of the Blinovskys' other business, the glamping hotel chain, which also faced financial problems.

Yelena Blinovskaya was sentenced to five years of imprisonment in a general regime colony on March 3 last year. The marathon queen was also fined 1 million rubles and banned from engaging in certain activities for four years. In addition, 587 million rubles were recovered from Blinovskaya at the request of the prosecutor's office.

Blinovskaya was detained in April 2023 on suspicion of fraud for the purpose of non-payment of taxes. She was under house arrest for about a year. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation completed the investigation into the blogger on July 25, 2024. On August 30, she partially pleaded guilty to tax evasion. In November, the blogger was declared bankrupt, after which the court began selling her property.
