Putin was informed about the incident with the UAV in Romania

Russian President Vladimir Putin was informed about the incident with an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in Romania. This was announced on May 29 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, answering a question from Izvestia columnist Viktor Sineok.

On the same day, Mediafax news agency reported that a drone crashed into an apartment building in the town of Galac in eastern Romania. As a result of the incident, a fire started in one of the apartments, which led to the injury of two people. The country's Foreign Minister, Oana Choiu, later said that a drone hitting an apartment building in the Romanian border area could be the basis for consultations under Article 4 of NATO.
