Sobyanin spoke about the commissioning of a residential complex under the renovation program on Onega

In the Golovinsky district, another residential complex has been commissioned under the renovation program, located on Onezhskaya Street. This was stated by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in his channel in the Maks messenger.

According to the mayor of the capital, the complex was created according to an individual project. Apartments with improved finishes are already fully ready to receive new arrivals. Next to the residential buildings, the builders created recreation areas, equipped a sports and playgrounds. In addition, residents have all the necessary social infrastructure at their disposal. Schools, kindergartens, clinics, as well as Druzhba Park and Kronshtadtsky Square are within walking distance from the new housing. The nearby Mosselmash MCD-3 station allows you to quickly and comfortably get to any urban location.

The metropolitan authorities are systematically updating the Golovinsky district, making it more comfortable. New infrastructure facilities are being built here and old ones are being updated, and comprehensive landscaping is being carried out. So, a comprehensive reconstruction of the branch No. 1 of polyclinic No. 45 has already been carried out here, and the renovation of school No. 1315 on Avangardnaya Street has begun. Currently, work is underway to improve the recreation area next to Golovinsky Ponds, where a new playground for summer leisure activities for residents will appear. There are also surface metro stations in the area, the transport network is developing, and the surroundings of the metro stations are being improved for the convenience of both pedestrians and drivers.
