Bailiffs began to forcibly recover 25 billion rubles from Euroclear Bank

In Russia, bailiffs are forcibly collecting more than 25 billion rubles in 47 enforcement proceedings from Euroclear Bank. This became known on May 29 from the materials of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP).

Such a number of enforcement proceedings for the recovery of 25.415 billion rubles of other property penalties were initiated against Euroclear Bank in the period from October 2024 on the basis of writ of execution and court orders of the arbitration courts of Moscow, St. Petersburg and Tatarstan, RIA Novosti reports.
