The State Duma recalled the ban on examining applicants for the OGE and the Unified State Exam

It is forbidden to inspect students who have come to take the OGE and USE at the entrance to the exam site. Dmitry Svishchev, a deputy of the LDPR Duma faction, recalled this on May 29.

"Explain to the child: no one has the right to touch you. Your pockets, your backpack, your jacket are your personal territory. Search is prohibited. If the frame beeps, they can only politely ask: "Please show me what's in your pocket." Or they can simply say: "The object that caused the signal should be left here." But you can't touch it," he told TASS.

The examinee may refuse to take a prohibited subject. However, in this case, he will not be able to take part in the exam, and an act of non-admission will also be drawn up.

"The child may refuse to hand over the phone. It's his right. But then he will not be allowed to take the exam and a non-admission act will be drawn up. <...> So it's better to voluntarily hand over the excess than to lose a year," the deputy concluded.
