On May 28, US Vice President Jay Dee Vance announced progress in negotiations with Iran and noted that, in his assessment, Tehran is conducting a dialogue with Washington in good faith.

"We really believe that they (Iran. — Ed.) are negotiating — at least so far - in good faith, and we are moving forward," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
