Sobyanin spoke about the support of industry and entrepreneurship

Moscow enterprises, with the participation of the Industry and Entrepreneurship Support Fund (IFPPF), attracted more than 100 billion rubles in investment loans for development and scaling in 2025. This was announced by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, in his channel in Maks.

"Moscow has created support measures that are unique in their effectiveness, aimed at expanding high—tech industrial infrastructure and mass production of advanced products," the mayor stressed.

Thus, with the support of the IPPF, more than 184 thousand square meters of industrial space have been built. By the end of 2025, 19 industrial facilities were put into operation, more than 1.6 thousand units of equipment were purchased, 3.3 thousand jobs were created, Sobyanin said. In 2026, it is planned to implement 30 projects that will give the city 5,000 jobs.

One of the projects that received support is the launch of the production of domestic computer equipment and components. The fund also provided assistance to companies engaged in the creation of switchgears for power plants, products for data centers and renewable energy.

Earlier, Sobyanin said that in 2026, Moscow plans to complete the construction of about 464 thousand square meters of production space within the framework of the large-scale investment project support program. Almost 83 hectares of land have been allocated to investors for these purposes.
