Serial production of the Yasen intraocular lens has started in Russia, which can be installed free of charge for cataracts as part of the compulsory medical insurance program. This was reported on May 27 in the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
"The production of a unique domestic intraocular lens "Ash" has started, which replaces the work of the natural lens," RIA Novosti quoted the agency as saying.
