A local emergency regime was introduced in Taganrog after the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on May 27 by the mayor of the city Svetlana Kambulova.
"A decision has been made to introduce a local emergency mode. The commission has begun to survey the territory, houses and assess the damage caused," she wrote on the Telegram channel.
