Sobyanin spoke about new industrial investment projects in the capital

In 2026, Moscow plans to complete the construction of about 464 thousand square meters of production space within the framework of the large-scale investment project Support Program (MIPI). For these purposes, almost 83 hectares of land have been allocated to investors, the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, said in his channel in Maks.

The implementation of new projects will create more than 10.2 thousand jobs, the head of the capital emphasized. He recalled that since 2016, land plots have been leased to entrepreneurs who build transport hubs, hotels, sports, medical, industrial and other important facilities for Moscow. At the same time, the city receives new jobs and additional tax revenues to the budget. Starting in 2022, land will be provided to investors implementing industrial IAPs at a discounted rental rate of 1 ruble per year.

Last year, 15 new high-tech production facilities appeared in the capital as part of the IAPM support program, Sobyanin noted. In particular, the city's first food technology park, Ryabinovaya 44, was opened in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye area, and the Lianozovsky Dairy Plant expanded its facilities in Dmitrovsky.

The total area of the enterprises built in 2025 amounted to more than 440 thousand square meters. m, it is noted on mos.ru . More than 6 thousand jobs have been created. The volume of investments invested in the implementation of these projects, including construction, purchase of equipment and introduction of advanced technologies, amounted to about 50 billion rubles.

As noted on the Moscow portal, in 2026, pharmaceutical production of the Moscow Endocrine Plant (FSUE Endopharm) and gels for medical research and high-performance cosmetics of the Geltek company will appear in the south-east of the capital. An industrial technopark will open in the north-west of the city, where a manufacturer of software and hardware complexes and IT solutions will be located. In addition, a large-scale packaging production of the Mosupak company with an area of 25 thousand square meters will be created.
