Bulgaria made a mistake by supplying weapons for the needs of the Kiev regime. This was stated on May 26 by Bulgarian MP Angel Georgiev, who recently visited Russia at the head of the Vozrozhdenie Party delegation.

"It doesn't matter if they supplied it from warehouses or used a base for it. It's the same thing because it's a Bulgarian weapon. We have given a lot of Bulgarian weapons to Ukraine. And this is a huge mistake. It's a huge mistake, because we shouldn't have done this," he told TASS.

The politician noted that local media focus on the situation around Ukraine, but at the same time forget about the situation in Africa, where conflicts also lead to casualties. According to him, this is manipulation and distortion of information.

"They only tell half the story. In a democratic society with a democratic media, it is necessary to tell the truth, and not to distort or manipulate it. Therefore, we are against the transfer of weapons. This is a very bad decision," Georgiev said.

On May 19, the Russian Embassy told Izvestia that the French authorities prefer not to advertise the full data on military aid to Ukraine, hiding specific figures and delivery schedules. According to diplomats, the redistribution of the French budget from social items to military needs confirms the course towards long-term pumping of Kiev with weapons to the detriment of France's own interests.
