The Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation noted the lack of condemnation in the OSCE of the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike on a college in the LPR

Russia has asked the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) to immediately condemn the strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a dormitory in Starobilsk, but the organization's response was received only on Monday. This was announced on May 25 by Dmitry Polyansky, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the OSCE.

"In response to our letter demanding to condemn the terrorist attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Starobilsk, sent immediately after the attack on the dormitory, only today we received a response from the Swiss OSCE chairmanship," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

According to him, there is no direct condemnation of the strike in the response from the organization.

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said on the same day that the refusal of Western media to report truthful information about the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack on children in Starobilsk indicates their unwillingness to admit what happened. She added that the British TV channel "BBC" officially refused to visit Starobilsk.

On May 22, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the academic building and the dormitory of the Starobilsk College. A criminal case was opened into the attack under Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act"). 21 people were killed in the attack, and 65 others were injured. The names of all the victims of the terrorist attack have been established. In the LPR, May 24 and 25 were declared days of mourning for the dead.
