The Kalashnikov Concern will present the new Skat-220 drone for the first time at the International Security Forum on May 26-29 at the multifunctional complex "Live Arena" in the Moscow region. This was announced on May 25 by the press service of the group of companies.

According to the publication, due to the reduced weight and reduced wingspan, compared with the Skat-350 M, the new drone is capable of speeds up to 160 km/h. In addition, it is equipped with an electric motor that allows it to stay in the air for 2.5 hours.

"The fields of application of the latest UAV are security and safety, environmental protection, agriculture, monitoring of extended facilities of the fuel and energy complex, transport infrastructure, and power lines," the press service wrote on the Telegram channel.

On May 22, the Kalashnikov Concern for the first time presented the Kub-10ME guided munition with a range of over 100 km. According to the developers, the product is capable of performing tasks at altitudes from 80 to 1800 m at a cruising speed of 120 km/ h, including at night and in difficult weather conditions.
