FC CSKA has extended the contract with defender Matvey Lukin
Defender Matvey Lukin's contract with the Moscow football club (FC) CSKA has been automatically extended. This was announced on May 25 in the team's Telegram channel.
It is specified that the extension of the agreement became possible due to the fulfillment of a special condition, which was stipulated in the contract concluded in March 2025. The new contract with the player runs until June 1, 2029.
Under the terms of the agreement, the automatic renewal was activated after the player had played a certain number of matches for the team. The club does not disclose the exact number of games required to activate the option.
Lukin is 22 years old, he is a graduate of the CSKA Academy. This season, the defender took part in 18 matches of the Russian Premier League (RPL), scoring one goal. The player also has nine meetings in the framework of the Russian Cup.
