In Ingushetia, 75 people, including 30 children, were evacuated due to flooding. This was announced on May 25 in the Main Directorate (GU) of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region.
"75 people have been evacuated, 30 of them children. There are no people with limited mobility among the evacuees. The evacuees are staying with relatives due to the refusal of accommodation in temporary accommodation facilities," the ministry said in a publication on the Maks messenger.
It is noted that the main grouping of forces and means of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is concentrated in the rural settlement of Troitskoye, Sunzhensky district. Rescuers are conducting yard rounds to evacuate residents from flooded households.
If necessary, the PVR is ready to receive people in Karabulak, Sunzha, Sunzha and Dzheyrakh districts. In Troitsk itself, a training camp with a capacity of up to 500 people has been prepared on the basis of a local school, the department said.
104 people and 28 pieces of equipment are working at the scene, including 63 people and 14 pieces of equipment from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
On May 20, the operational services of the Krasnodar Territory were put on high alert on behalf of Governor Veniamin Kondratiev due to the threat of a sharp rise in water levels in the region's rivers. The head of the region also instructed the heads of municipalities to prepare and check the ramps for possible evacuation of residents.
