Anti-corruption lawsuits will be filed against Judge Darya Fedorova of the Moscow Arbitration Court and Albina Adzinova of the Supreme Court of Karachay-Cherkessia. This was reported on May 25 in the press service of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
"Materials have been sent to the supervisory authority to file anti-corruption lawsuits against judge of the Moscow Arbitration Court Daria Fedorova and judge of the Supreme Court of the Karachay—Cherkess Republic Albina Adzinova," RIA Novosti reports.
It is noted that the judges and their relatives were found to have assets that do not correspond to their declared income. The relevant materials were sent to the Prosecutor General's Office on behalf of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation Igor Krasnov.
On April 12, the Cherkessky City Court seized 22 real estate objects and 64.6 million rubles from Dmitry Bugaev, the former Minister of Property and Land Relations of Karachay-Cherkessia, and his relatives in a corruption case.
