Sales of Moskvich cars of the new M-series decreased in Russia
Sales of Moskvich M-series cars decreased in Russia in April compared to March. This was reported on May 25 by the Telegram channel of the Chinese Cars portal with reference to data from Autostat Info.
So, in April, sales of the M70 crossover amounted to 68 copies, and the M90 — 38 copies. At the same time, 71 and 49 units of each model were sold in March, respectively.
At the same time, 92 Moskvich 6 liftbacks, 50 Moskvich 5 crossovers (the model has not officially gone on sale) and 796 Moskvich 3 crossovers were registered in April.
The Moscow automobile Plant launched sales of two new crossovers from the M-line — the five—seat Moskvich M70 and the seven-seat M90 - on March 6. The first one costs from 3.1 million rubles, the second — from 4.2 million rubles. Both models are based on MG brand crossovers.
On May 21, Changan announced that it would launch a new Deepal S05 crossover on the Russian market. The model has been certified in the Russian Federation and has received Vehicle Type Approval (OTT). It is an all-electric four-wheel drive crossover with a twin-engine powerplant.
