On May 24, Saad Khalaf, the chief correspondent of Al Arabiya TV channel, said that the attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the pedagogical college in Starobilsk of the Lugansk People's Republic (LNR) were an attack on a civilian facility.
"I see that this is a civilian facility, and I see that it is impossible to frame it. It's all going to be arranged so quickly. It's impossible, it's unrealistic," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
