One person was killed and six injured in a massive road accident involving 13 cars on Yaroslavskoye Highway in Pushkin, Moscow region. This was reported on May 24 by the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.

"A man driving a truck with a semi—trailer drove into the oncoming lane and collided with 12 cars," the report says.

The accident occurred on the 44th km of the M-8 highway "Kholmogory" near the village of Lesnoy. According to the Moscow Fire and Rescue Service, two trucks and 11 passenger cars collided. As a result of the accident, one person was killed, and six more sought medical help. Several cars were seriously damaged.
