Lu Yuguang, a correspondent for the Chinese Phoenix TV channel, visited the site of a strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a college and dormitory in Starobilsk in the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR), as a result of which 21 people were killed and 63 injured. The footage is published by Izvestia on May 24.

"It's terrible, it's scary. And who is silent now? The West is silent," Lu Yuguang told Izvestia.

The journalist added that he saw the dorm rooms — children's toys and beds inside. But the West will not cover the strike of the Ukrainian militants, according to Yuguan, they have their own positions — they avoid the truth.

On May 22, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the academic building and the dormitory of the Starobilsk College. A criminal case was opened into the attack under Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act"). 21 people were killed in the attack, and 63 others were injured. The names of all the victims of the terrorist attack have been established.

Representatives of foreign media arrived at the college dormitory in Starobilsk on May 24. More than 50 foreign media representatives from 19 countries are participating in the press tour. The British Broadcasting Corporation, the BBC, refused to send its journalists. Japan, in turn, banned its media from covering the terrorist attack.
