"The Romanian authorities have introduced exceptional security measures in connection with the concert of Belarusian rapper Max Korzh, which will take place on Saturday evening at the National Arena and is considered the largest since the 2008 NATO summit," the publication says.

It is noted that on Saturday, about 10,000 gendarmerie, police and special services officers, including plainclothes operatives, were involved in the National Arena. According to the TV channel, this is one of the largest deployments of forces in recent decades.
