As a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on an academic building and a college dormitory in Starobilsk, Luhansk People's Republic (LNR), 21 people were killed. This was reported on May 23 in the press service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
