The number of children killed in the attack of Ukrainian drones on a college in Starobilsk in the LPR has increased to 18, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation reported.
"Two more people's bodies were brought to the surface from under the rubble. A total of 60 victims, of whom 18 people died," the ministry said.
