The Kiev regime attacks civilian targets in Russia every day, and one of its main targets is children, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on May 23.
The diplomat added that a large number of foreign media correspondents had expressed a desire to visit the scene of the tragedy in Starobilsk, Luhansk People's Republic (LNR).
