The death toll from the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike on the college in Starobilsk has increased to 16.

The number of children killed as a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a college in Starobilsk, Luhansk People's Republic (LNR), has increased to 16. This was reported on May 23 in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.

"The bodies of four more victims have been recovered from the rubble in Starobilsk at the site of the collapse of the college dormitory of Lugansk Pedagogical University," the report says.
