Rospotrebnadzor has suspended the sale of low-quality alcohol from Armenia in Russia

Rospotrebnadzor has identified low-quality alcoholic beverages produced in the Republic of Armenia, and their sale in Russia has been suspended. This was reported on May 23 in the press service of the department.

According to the agency, violations were found in the products of the companies VEDI-ALCO, Abovyan Brandy Factory and Shakhnazaryan Wine and Cognac House. The list includes several types of wine and cognac.

Notices have been sent to retail chains and importers about the suspension of sales and withdrawal of products from circulation. Rospotrebnadzor stated that the situation is under strict control.
