In Latvia, a hospital was de-energized due to the fall of drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on May 23 by Sergey Vasiliev, coordinator of the Anti-Fascists of the Baltic public movement.

"(Local residents. — Ed.) they got through screaming, in a panic. <...> They called and said that the power plants had been bombed, <...> intensive care had stopped in hospitals," he shared in an interview with RIA Novosti.
