The consequences of the Ukrainian Armed Forces drone attack on a college in Starobilsk were shown on video

The press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) published a video recording of the consequences of the strike of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the academic building and dormitory of the Starobilsk College.

"In Starobilsk, employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations are working at the site of the collapse of a dormitory. <...> At the moment, rescuers of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations have extracted three people from the rubble," the agency wrote in the Maks messenger.
