Pre-retirement age verification service launched in Moscow region

In the Moscow region, automatic verification of the pre-retirement age has become available for privileged groups of the population. The digital algorithm has been implemented in the system of registration of social benefits.

The interactive tool allows you to determine the applicant's compliance with the established age criteria in real time. Thanks to him, it will be possible to reduce the number of refusals to provide services, writes the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya, with reference to the regional Ministry of Public Administration, Information Technology and Communications.

The service "Assignment of monthly cash payments to certain categories of citizens" can be found on the regional portal in the section "Support" — "Benefits and payments". It is free for seven working days and is available to citizens belonging to such preferential categories as "Rehabilitated person", "Honorary Donor of the USSR", "Honorary Donor of Russia", "Veteran of labor", "Veteran of military service", "Home front worker", "Rehabilitated person" who do not receive preferential payments from the federal budget.

Starting from January 1, 2026, a monthly payment is appointed after the beneficiary has reached retirement age or has been awarded an old-age pension. However, honorary donors from Russia and the USSR, as well as labor veterans, have the opportunity to make payments when they reach retirement age. This rule applies to those who have reached this age before December 31, 2025.

At the end of March, it was reported that the concept of a "student family" was fixed at the legislative level in the Moscow region. Now such families will be able to enjoy various benefits and support measures. Among them is priority when settling into a hostel, as well as assistance in finding employment.
