A case was opened in the Perm Region after an incident with a firecracker at a school.

Investigators have opened a criminal case after a firecracker incident at a school in the Perm Region. This was reported on May 21 in the investigative department of the Investigative Committee (SUSK) for the region.

"A criminal case has been opened into the fact of injuring three school students <...> on the grounds of crimes under art. 213 of the Criminal Code ("Hooliganism") and art. 293 of the Criminal Code ("Negligence")," the Telegram channel says.

The investigator examined the scene. Forensic examinations are being appointed in the case, as well as witnesses are being questioned.

The murder of a teacher in the Perm Region was at least the 16th attack in the current academic year.

On this day, three schoolchildren were burned due to a firecracker explosion during a lesson in the Perm Region. It was noted that the ambulance staff examined the children, after which one of the victims was sent to the hospital for additional examination.
