The decision to terminate the case of the football player Smolov's fight has entered into force.

The court's decision to terminate the criminal proceedings on the fight in the "Coffee Mania" of football player Fyodor Smolov entered into force, the prosecutor's office did not file a complaint. His lawyer Varvara Knutova informed Izvestia about this on May 21.

"Yes, it's true. A judicial act with a mark of entry into force has been received," she said.

In April, the court dismissed the criminal case of a fight in a cafe against Smolov in connection with the reconciliation of the parties. Knutova also reported that Smolov had entered into a settlement agreement with the victim and paid the victim 4 million rubles.

The incident occurred on May 28, 2025 at an establishment on Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street in Moscow. A video has spread online showing Smolov getting into an altercation with two visitors, and then attacking them with his fists.
