As a result of attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Belgorod region, eight people were injured during the day. This was announced on May 21 by Acting Governor Alexander Shuvaev.

"Over the past day, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the territory of the Belgorod region 107 times. <...> Eight people were injured as a result of enemy attacks. One of them is hospitalized," he wrote on his page in the messenger "Max".
