The main results of the digitalization of development were discussed at the CIPR

Today, there is a steady increase in the use of information modeling technologies by developers, said a member of the Board of DOM.Russian Federation Nikolay Kozak at the conference "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" (CIPR) in Nizhny Novgorod.

Speaking at the session "Digitalization of the housing construction industry", Kozak noted that the industry's transition to systematic lifecycle management of facilities is one of the key tasks of the federal project "New Rhythm of Construction" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life". He added that information modeling technologies are becoming a basic tool for increasing transparency, manageability and quality of construction projects.

Sergey Morozov, Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, in turn, noted that the formation of the digital vertical of the construction industry in the region has been going on for about seven years. "In addition to shortening the construction cycle with the help of digital technologies, we minimize the subjective participation of a person, make open to the investor the maximum amount of spatial data necessary both for making a decision on the implementation of the project and for preparing documents at all stages of construction," said Morozov.

Special attention was paid at the session to the introduction of artificial intelligence. According to Kozak, the Ministry of Construction of Russia, with the participation of DOM.The Russian Federation has formed a working group that determines the vector of AI development in the construction industry. There is also a HOUSE on the base.The Russian Federation has implemented a platform for collecting information on housing construction and developing AI agents.
