Russia and China to sign 21 documents in Beijing

Representatives of Russia and the People's Republic of China (PRC) have prepared for the signing ceremony of the 21st interstate agreement, which will start soon. Izvestia publishes relevant footage on May 20.

"The most important moment after the negotiations. The leaders are moving into this room. 21 documents will be signed here, in their presence," Izvestia correspondent Nikolai Ivanov described.

On the same day, talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping began in Beijing. At first, they were held in a narrow format, and then moved on to an expanded one. The talks were attended by ministers and entrepreneurs of the two countries.

So, on May 20, the head of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, Andrey Nikitin, speaking with Izvestia, announced the signing of an agreement with the Chinese side on the expansion of the railway border crossing in Zabaikalsk. Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), in turn, told Izvestia about the potential of Moscow and Beijing to multiply the partnership between Russia and China.
