The Oktyabrsky District Court of Novosibirsk received a petition for release from punishment due to the illness of the former head of the Kemerovo Region State Construction Supervision Inspectorate, Tanzila Komkova, who was convicted in the case of the fire at the Winter Cherry shopping center.
