The two-year €90 billion aid package approved by the European Union (EU) will be stolen. This was stated on May 19 by Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN) Vasily Nebenzia.

"There is not the slightest doubt that the two—year €90 billion aid package approved by the European Union will also be stolen," he said at a meeting of the Security Council on Ukraine.
