The digital platform for schools will close the entire chain from application to delivery

Within the framework of the CIPR forum on the website of VEB.The Russian Federation discussed the promising role of digital solutions in increasing transparency, efficiency and competitiveness in public procurement, as well as the practical experience of the Digital Supplier Platform, a joint project of RVB LLC and Prosveshcheniya (VEB Group.Russian Federation) with the participation of the Ministry of Education of Russia.

The project to change approaches in procurement processes for educational organizations was launched in June 2025 at the WEF on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

CPP is considered as the best tool for procurement within the framework of the development of the platform economy. The platform will allow replacing complex competitive procedures with simple customer service, provide support to Russian manufacturers, reduce the risks of supplying substandard products, and reduce the administrative and managerial burden on educational organizations.

"It is fundamentally important that the platform is created not in isolation from the industry, but in close conjunction with government priorities and the regulatory agenda. It is important for the regulator today that there is a high-quality selection of equipment and other teaching tools for schools, so that schools can choose not blindly, focusing only on the minimum price. It is important that the purchased equipment is in demand at school and brings educational results," Tarabrin stressed.

In February 2026, the WEB.The Russian Federation became the sole executive body of the Enlightenment Group of Companies. In the near future, Prosveshchenie plans to develop a digital direction with the priority of modern educational technologies. At the same time, Prosveshchenie retains its traditional strengths: the creation of educational content, the development of educational literature, as well as scientific and pedagogical expertise.
