On May 19, the New People Party launched the federal Career in a New Way project, which will employ more than 10,000 young professionals.

The initiative will bring together university graduates and leading Russian companies that are ready to provide recent students with their first job and mentoring at the start of their careers.

"Indeed, there is a real problem that there is no experience yet, it is a vicious circle. You don't have any experience, and we won't hire you yet. On the contrary, how will you gain experience if no one takes it. We have several million enterprises in Russia, not even counting small businesses, and about seven million enterprises with small businesses in general. It is very important that more enterprises know about this work, about this opportunity," said Alexey Nechaev, chairman of the New People party.

Already today, at the career fair of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in Moscow, some graduates have signed their first employment contracts with program partners.

In April, New People also launched a federal project to solve the problems of entrepreneurs — the headquarters of legal support for small and medium-sized businesses. The party's lawyers help draft documents for free, resolve issues with the tax and customs services, and advise on claims from government agencies.
