A court in Moscow has banned channels for the sale of "laughing gas"

The Tverskoy Court of Moscow, at the request of the prosecutor, banned channels in messengers where nitrous oxide ("laughing gas") was sold with delivery. This is stated in the documents that Izvestia reviewed on May 19.

"Monitoring of the Internet has established that there are resources in the public domain that contain information about the sale of nitrous oxide in cylinders of various capacities, indicating prices and delivery methods. Access to these pages is free, any user can get acquainted with the content and copy the information," the court said in a statement.

It clarifies that the production, purchase, supply, storage, transportation and sale of nitrous oxide not for the production of food products, foodstuffs, foodstuffs, as well as not for medical, industrial or technical use are prohibited.

Public activists are asking Roszdravnadzor to check the sale of such drugs.

On May 12, the Ostankino Court in Moscow blocked access to a website selling poisonous mushrooms. It is specified that ads for the sale of dried fly agarics were posted on the site — anyone could buy mushrooms, regardless of age and place of residence.
