In the Bryansk region, two people were injured after a targeted drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) at a gas station in the village of Smotrovaya Buda. This was announced on May 19 by Acting Governor Egor Kovalchuk.
"Unfortunately, two civilians were injured as a result of the terrorist actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The men were taken to the hospital, where they received all the necessary medical care," he said on the Maks messenger.
Four civilian vehicles and a gas station canopy were also damaged as a result of the impact. Operational and emergency services are on site.
The Governor of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinstein, announced on the same day that a 66-year-old woman in the region had been injured in a drone strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to him, the incident occurred in the village of Korochka. The victim was diagnosed with multiple shrapnel wounds to her face and left shin, as well as an open fracture.
