Six drones were shot down over the territory of the Kaluga Region last night.
Over the past night, air defense systems eliminated six Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the territory of the Kaluga Region. This was announced on May 19 by Governor Vladislav Shapsha.
"At night, air defense forces destroyed six UAVs over the territories of Borovsky, Maloyaroslavetsky, Sukhinichi and Ferzikovsky municipal districts, as well as on the outskirts of Kaluga," he said in a message on the Maks messenger.
The head of the region added that representatives of operational groups are already working at the scene. He stressed that, according to preliminary information, there were no damage or casualties as a result of the incident.
The Governor of the Voronezh Region, Alexander Gusev, announced on the same day that 17 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) had been destroyed overnight over the territory of his region. Then he also pointed out that there were no casualties or damage as a result of the incident.
