Mass outdoor exercise took place in Simferopol

In Simferopol, a mass exercise was held in the Vladimir Zhirinovsky Park. More than 60 citizens of different ages came to the morning training, the press service of the Mayor's office reported on Monday, May 18.

The participants performed exercises on all muscle groups to rhythmic music. The exercise was supervised by instructor Fatima Abdiramanova, who is the president of the Crimean Fitness Aerobics Federation.

According to the city administration, the culmination of the event was a demonstration performance by the national team of the republic in fitness aerobics.

According to the information of IA SevastopolMedia, the action was held as part of the Spartakiad, dedicated to the Year of Yard Sports.

Earlier, Izvestia wrote that they want to turn successful healthy lifestyle practices into a national system. Among the proposed measures are the creation of "green" zones, "health trails" and the installation of outdoor exercise equipment.
