The area of the plots allocated for the KRT in Zaozernoye in Kurgan exceeded 30 hectares

Kurgan authorities have allocated land plots with an area of more than 30 hectares for the implementation of integrated territorial development projects in Zaozernoye. This is reported by the news agency " <url>" with reference to the relevant decree signed by the head of the city Anton Naumenko.

We are talking about land plots in the 15th microdistrict of Zaozernoye. The largest with an area of 14.5 hectares is located within the boundaries of Andrei Mironov, Epishev Streets and Pervomaisky Avenue. Housing construction is planned there.

The area of the other site, bounded by Epishev, Maltsev and Andrei Mironov Streets, is 11.4. Plots with an area of 4.6 and 4.1 hectares have also been allocated for construction in the area of Epishev, Maltsev, Alekseev streets and Pervomaisky Avenue.

Thus, the total area of the territories allocated for development in Zaozernoye reaches 34.6 hectares. The time frame for the implementation of the CRT projects will range from five to seven years.

Earlier in the spring, operators sent a proposal to the Ministry of Finance on the creation of infrastructure for communication networks in the implementation of complex territorial development projects. Developers are asked to equip the basic infrastructure at the construction stage.
