Over the past week, air defense systems have intercepted and destroyed at least 3,124 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the territory of Russia. This became known on May 18 on the basis of data from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
The largest number of drones were shot down on May 13 and 17 — 572 and 1054 units, respectively. The overwhelming number of attacks occurred in the European part of Russia.
For comparison, in the period from May 4 to May 10, the Russian air defense destroyed at least 3,556 Ukrainian drones.
