Russian athletes set a new record in Tula

Russian athlete David Shamey has shown outstanding results, setting new national and world records in the ball dumbbell ejection discipline. In turn, athlete Ramil Ramazanov achieved similar success in lifting a giant dumbbell over his head, also surpassing all previous achievements. This was announced on May 17 by the president of the International Heroic Movement "The Strongest Nation in the World" Mikhail Paller.

According to him, the previous world record for pushing a ball dumbbell — 146 kg — belonged to Polish athlete Mateusz Kieliszkowski.

Paller also noted that Ramazanov set another record in the absolute weight category among athletes over 40 years old. He managed to lift a giant dumbbell weighing 120 kg with one hand and fix it above his head.

"Earlier in the world, in this category, a giant dumbbell was lifted over the head only weighing 100 kg," Paller said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

It is noted that all the established records have been officially recorded and registered.
